The difference between an achiever and a wishful thinker is that an achiever makes the decisions to focus and stick to the demands his dreams and goals but a wishful thinker is still yet to make a firm footing in the direction of the realization of his or her dream.

Daily, life presents to us situations that demand on our responsibility of making decisions that will influence our life situations. This responsibility you can choose to respond to or ignore. When you shy away from making the right decisions for your life, someone’s decisions will be imposed on you.

Issues requiring your making decisions on may range from important issues like taking steps to discipline yourself along the right path such as being punctual at meetings, how you react to another person’s actions and attitude to very important issues like the career path to take, who to marry,creating goal plan to achieve your ambitions, accepting the Word of God, accepting Lord Jesus Christ into your life.

You can choose not to go through decision making process and chart the course of your life but by so doing you are allowing other people’s choices chart the course of your life.

James 1:8, “A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.” . If you are unable to say this or that is what you want of life and insist on it, then you will always have just anything thrown to you. Life may be full of risks but it is riskier not taking risk.

Do you have to go along with a career lane just because it pays well? Everyone else but you says that it is good and fulfilling. Do you have to continue with a day job that is making you more miserable than happy because you are afraid of making decision to start something on your own?

Do you have to go through relationships that fall short of what it should be because you are ignoring making decision to work on yourself to be the right person so that you can nurture a healthy relationship when the right person comes along?

You need single-mindedness, faith in God and yourself in making difficult decision and you have all to gain for taking charge of your life.

There are some habits of successful people you can’t afford to overlook if you are really keen on making progress. A friend gave me some books to sell for him (I love selling). Since they were in my possession , I found myself opening and scanning through them.

I intentionally selected the books I liked their themes (It can really be off hand when someone is trying to sell what he knows nothing about, or at least interested to know about).

I began to see so many deep exciting ideas I never knew or gave a thought to . The experience was really an eye opener. Reading is one of the habits of successful people that give them the opportunity to be informed in a various aspects of human endeavours.

Likewise when you mind and spirit is imparted with knowledge it is easier to know when you are going off the track and promptly retrace your steps .

If all you know in a chosen career path is what someone else says it is -you may have to get into the nitty gritty of your pursuit so as to have some experience and understanding . That means you need to settle down for some serious study, be it formal or informal. Studying is one of the commonest habits of successful people.

Determine an effective time management plan that will ensure you give time to reading materials and studying . Such positive routines will challenge you along your leaning . Sooner or later you will find yourself burning for your dream. Your obsession and passion will drive you to set goals to realise it.

These positive practises ensures that you cultivate the necessary discipline that will mold and sustain you efforts towards achieving any goal. It is necessary you imbibe these habits of successful people.

The greatest book you can acquaint yourself with is the bible . Get to know what God have made you in Christ Jesus . Acquaint yourself with the glorious life God has bestowed upon you. It pays to learn and pays even more to keep learning.

A shrewd entrepreneur or business magnet providing one or more services and products . Maybe a talk show presenter that you can’t help but watch her/his program because of the unique way issues are intelligently handled and discussed . Which ever area you decide to look, it is the same pattern , the same giving system that is in operation that bring abundance and wealth to them.

The word of God categorically declared that it is more blessed to give than to receive. It is when we position ourselves to serve others that we actually get the abundance we desire. That is the secret of abundance and creating abundance. Financial abundance will always gravitate towards those who by their actions and activities make life more meaningful and wholesome to others.

The world is such that only in enriching others we can actually attract abundance to ourselves. Anytime a society, a system ,or a person undermines the power of serving others with our talents,skill and gifts concentrate solely on what we can grab , chaos is inevitable. It is either you are willing and passionate enough to figure out how you can be more valuable and thereby empowering yourself to a high extent to be able to negotiate what you take of life . Or you will be dictated to .

If you commit to becoming a positive force to reckon with by dedicating to provision of solutions to challenges faced by others, you are undoubtedly placing yourself in a position to attract abundance .

We all have potentials, skill and talents impacted to us by God but it is your responsibility to develop them by putting them into use through service of mankind and in so doing pull abundance to yourselves. Now money gets to work for you not you working for money again.

Make money Work For You; Don’t Cheat Yourself Off The Best .

“Working for money is a slaving illusion, it is a mind thing”, I heard someone once say.

I came to the realisation that it is in seeking out how to make money work for you that you make that much money . I did not understand then. But with time , I began to appreciate what those statement meant.

When you need some groceries, off you walk down to a nearby grocery store and exchange the money in your pocket for the values you need –the groceries. Money has its own path of movement. Money goes after value. Once you catch this idea you will begin to appreciate and appropriate money rightly. You will appreciate that to make money work for you is far more advantageous and valuable than to work for money.

To make money work for you or money chase you is a state whereby by the virtue of value you have created of yourself, your products or services, money find itself coming through your door. Wisdom is better than wealth. Why? Because wisdom gets you money and sustains the wealth.

Undoubtedly, most people shy away from the idea of making money work for them yet that doesn’t diminish the fact that it’s of higher value than you working to make money. There is a power needed to make money .
The Bible says, “Remember the Lord Your God, for it is He who gives you the ability (power) to produce wealth”(Deuteronomy 8:12).

In every field of human endeavors, people who are able to create values and package them well enough to get the attention of others will always have the field-day in the issues of making money .

You may ask, “can I make money work for me?” Yes, there is a uniqueness about you , an ability in you that will create a space for you. You can start on your dream without fright. You can create a “force field” around you that draws money to you by the application of your mind to wisdom and creation of values. Harness your God-given ability to create value that make money work for you.
