Why Your Dream Appears Unreachable(Part 2)

In part (1) of this series, I mentioned that goal setting is a process. It is a dynamic process. I don’t subscribe to static goal setting that you must stick to all way through as a robot, I believe in dynamism of the process. You actually live it and through God’s guidance, there is wisdom to keep on the right track as it pertains to your life purpose. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about excusing the lack of seriousness and commitment to see a goal through to success but about a prompting in your spirit to make relevant adjustments as the case may be that better positions you for your life purpose and ambitions. What you may enjoy or don’t mind doing may not give you satisfaction in life.
To explain further, goal setting should always reckon with the situation on ground(a job you may still keep, domestic issues you will still need to attend to), reckon with your satisfaction, your fulfillment and your purpose in life; with these in mind you will arrive at your own shore. By situation
Dynamism requires that the goal should be time -bound, understandable and realisable .You don’t have to over task your goal setting beyond what you can grapple with at a particular time. You actually graduate from one stage to another.

This factor of goal setting is especially important when you are not yet very sure and can’t quite pinpoint anything as your life ambition. You may discover it as you move on with your life setting other goals that may not necessary be about your life purpose. You will discover the best of your strengths as you live your life determined to discover yourself and live for your life purpose and ambitions. Dynamism in goal setting creates a means for this discovery. Goal setting that is about your life ambition comes with the energy, strength, satisfaction and enthusiasm for it to survive the test of time. I can vividly remember when I started setting goals for my dream , my spirit was alive , joyful, expectant and satisfied that I was finally getting on with what I really wanted.

This article ,changing career info, is a good one .
